Just a few weeks ago, we found out Samsung was releasing newer insights about their in-house chip innovation for their upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra lineup. As of now, a new case dropped in, specially designed for Galaxy S26 Ultra.
To be specific, we noticed this kind of case before, and it showcases a larger camera island section. Is Samsung bringing re-designed rear camera for all S26 series next year? Questions remain unanswered.

I can clearly see that the phone’s first three camera sensors on the left are slightly raised, looking like an oval island. Not looking like what we as users got in Galaxy S25 Ultra, which had individual circles cutout. This sudden design change is not new, as we saw in earlier Samsung devices, which slowly moved towards over the last year, especially in the low to mid-budget phones.
At first I thought, maybe Samsung is bringing this change to their most appealing flagship, which is the Galaxy S26 Ultra. But, as I have said earlier, Samsung is intended to bring the design to the rest of the models as well. So the users are getting a similar rear camera renovation like Ultra now.
Galaxy S26 Ultra will bring their own Exynos 2600 processor for the internal market. While they will also include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC for a few premium markets as well. According to recent S26 ultra leak info, the entry-level S26 Pro will be coming with Exynos chip in some markets.
