While it is sure that Galaxy S26 series won’t bring massive upgrades when it comes to their camera sensors. As per latest repost from tipster Ice Universe (Italic), says all the three S26 flagship this year will use 10MP IOCELL sensor for their 3x zooming photography. That means, whichever lineup you buy, you are getting this new sensor.

To give you a bit of details about the Galaxy S26 new camera, there’s 10MP 1/3.94-inch ISOCELL with a 1.0μm pixel pitch, and a 36°, f/2.4 lens. Which literally is that the 67mm f/2.4 camera inside the Galaxy S25 and S25+ had a small sensor and lacked good quality while taking photos. Hopefully the upcoming Galaxy S26 series will deliver better image results with the added new camera sensor.

This will definitely bring more users to grab one S26 series, as it’s a good upgrade compared to Galaxy S25 series, which was not much promising. And as mentioned in our previous Galaxy S26 Ultra news, the Ultra model will come with new larger megapixel sensors for the ultrawide lens.

Galaxy S26 series will be released on February 25, until that time comes let’s see what more leaks and rumors we get.
